Singapore casino for members only? - 2004-03-21
The goal of establishing a casino here is not to publicize gambling, but to allow Singapore to compete economically with other nations in the region, explained Minister for Trade and Industry BG George Yeo yesterday.

BG Yeo also offered the assurance that limiting access to the casino — with a members-only system, for example — did not refer to Singaporeans as being treated as second-class citizens.
