An expansion of gambling in Iowa could mean the inclusion of Las Vegas-like amenities at Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, officials claim.

The expansion of gambling, under consideration by legislators this year, could open the door to not only additional riverboat casinos, but the addition of table games at land-based casinos, like Prairie Meadows.
