Group discloses plans to makeover downtown Weston - 2004-03-23
City officials got their first comprehensive look Monday at a plan to renovated downtown Weston.
Linn Davis, president and chief executive officer of The Mountaineer Group LLC, and his son, Gavin Davis, a landscape architect, showed their plan Monday morning at the Weston Development Authority.

The facility plans also call for a 12,000-seat exhibition hall, 3,500-seat theater and a casino. One obstacle for the gambling center, however, has been put up by the Lewis County Commission.
