Developers of the first mixed-use "lifestyle" retail center in the Las Vegas region revealed a new name and an interesting tenant blend today, with some of the stores launching for the first time in Henderson and others found nowhere else in Las Vegas.

The Greenspun family is in a joint venture with Stations Casinos Inc. in the hotel-casino.

Track CEO persists on casino profit cut - 2004-03-23
Lowering or omitting the racetracks' portion of future revenue from the state's 10th casino license risks killing horse racing in Illinois, Arlington Park's CEO said.
Something like slot and video poker machines, he stated.

"That would clearly be our preference in all honesty," he explained. "When you look around the country and see casinos near racetracks, unless the racetracks are allowed slots, they don't do well."
