Gambler Cites Las Vegas Casino as Cause of His Addiction - 2004-03-03
A Los Angeles lawyer who says he was kicked out of Las Vegas last year because he was too fortunate has sued MGM Mirage in a bid to push the casino to caution prospective gamblers that they can be prohibited for winning too much.

Franseschi says casino officials distributed the photo to other Las Vegas casinos once he departed from the blackjack table with thousands of dollars in winnings.

Casino chief's health causes hearing to be postponed - 2004-03-03
Sands plans for Macau are well under operation, but there is still one niggling element for owner, Sheldon Adelson. Ensnared in a lawsuit with the ex-president of one of Adelson's multiple companies, the entire ordeal has become so drawn out, that Adelson was literally incapable of taking the stand.

The lawsuit centers around Adelson's Macau casino. Moshe Hananel, the ex-president of Adelson's Interface Partners International in Israel, says that his contacts and assistance were the key element in the inevitable gaming concession awarded to the Sand's Venetian Macau group.
