Man Sues Vegas Casino for Banning Him - 2004-03-04
A Los Angeles lawyer who says he was kicked out of Las Vegas last year, because he was too lucky has sued MGM Mirage in an attempt to force the casino to warn prospective gamblers that they can be barred for winning too much.

Ernest Franseschi Jr., a regular gambler, accused MGM officials of sneakily photographing him while he played blackjack at a high-stakes table at the chain's New York city-based casino last March.

Dodge City aiming for destination casino - 2004-03-04
When the frontier was still in existence, gambling helped lure cowboys and other visitors here.
These days, Dodge City relies heavily on nostalgia, luring tens of thousands of tourists who want to relive a little of the Old West. But local authorities anticipate gambling will be an aspect of their community's entertainment again soon.

Gambling advocates stated this week that a casino could lure five times as many visitors on a yearly basis to a city where Wyatt Earp Boulevard is the main street.
