"Jackson lost, if not millions of dollars, certainly hundreds of thousands of dollars at the casinos," reported Twiss, the federal prosecutor. "There was evidence that he would get money and it would be gone instantly."

Jackson would bring confederates with him to Indian and Nevada casinos to purchase his chips for him, because federal legislation requires that casinos report large chip transactions to the IRS.
