Paradise Fire Arsonist Ignited 15 Others, Claims CDF - 2004-03-08
Investigators reported on Monday that new substantial proof regarding the ignition of the Paradise Fire has led them to believe that the blaze was the work of a serial arsonist.

Two people died in the Paradise Fire, which damaged 220 home and charred 56,000 acres. CDF representatives explained that they suspect that the arsonist(s) were also responsible for a 1996 brush fire that burned 400 acres around the region that is now dominated by Harrah's Casino.
